Privacy Policy

Overview

CrewCalc is a film and television crew turnaround calculator created by Adrian Glass. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the CrewCalc iOS app or contact support.

Information handled in the app

CrewCalc is designed to work without an account. The app does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or other personal information to use its calculator features.

Calculation inputs, such as wrap and call times, required turnaround hours, and travel-time values, are processed on your device. Custom presets and selected agreement preferences may be stored locally in your device's app storage so the app can remember them. This information is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by Adrian Glass.

Subscriptions and Apple

CrewCalc Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Payment information is processed by Apple; CrewCalc and Adrian Glass do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Apple may process information in connection with your App Store account and purchase. That processing is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.

Sharing calculations

If you choose to share a calculation, CrewCalc uses the standard iOS share sheet. The report is sent only to the app, service, or recipient you choose. CrewCalc does not receive a copy of content you choose to share.

Support emails

If you contact support at adrianglass@gmail.com, we receive the information you include in your email, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and description of the issue. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot the app, and improve support.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain support records. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address above.

Data sharing, tracking, and advertising

CrewCalc does not sell personal information, use third-party advertising networks, or track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes. CrewCalc does not use analytics services that collect identifiable usage data.

Information is shared only when you choose to share a report through iOS, when you contact support, or as part of Apple’s processing of App Store subscriptions.

Your choices

• You can delete local presets and preferences within the app where available, or remove the app from your device.
• You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing adrianglass@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.

Terms of Use

Use of CrewCalc is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple Standard EULA.
